RUN & get this on Amazon...have read it about 5 times now...She had to divorce her SA husband...but the book is soooooo honest about how WE get sucked into the BS/DENIAL, etc...Better than most SA books I've read (author is a therapist).

I just placed an order at amazon and saw this book but passed it up. It's good? How about posting a couple of the most important things you got from it?

It just shows how WE become obsessed and how amazing it is with what we become willing to put up with/deny ...how OUR minds work in this addiction...how we can't SEE the reality...
The details explaining this are unrivaled in my opinion...snaps you into REALITY and what to DO...boundaries, etc. ***Lots about lying/deception...
I have the whole damn book marked up...
Can't recommend it emough...
I've read this book and really liked it, too. She's good at explaining how codependents get sucked into the addictive cycle.
